Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any Dig Turtle or Filicode applications ("the Apps"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Apps.

License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Apps for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or content obtained from the Apps.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to bypass, modify, or hack the Apps
  • Use cheats, automation software, or bots
  • Exploit bugs or unintended features
  • Share or distribute unauthorized copies of the Apps

Intellectual Property

The Apps, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by Dig Turtle and Filicode and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Dig Turtle and Filicode names, logos, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Dig Turtle and Filicode.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Apps will always be available, uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dig Turtle and Filicode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of the Apps.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
